He is not married but but ....
According to tmz.com Usher claims that 26 year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw believes that they are married.
Usher claims that he's being stalked by a dangerous delusional woman that thinks their married.
Jones-Rakestraw allegedly appeared at the pop-star Georgia home.
The first day she appeared she beat on the door and demanded to be let in. The police were called and she was told to leave and not to come back again.
The very next day she she was back. After police arrive the second day she told them that she was Usher's Wife and she misplaced her keys.
Knowing that Usher does not have a wife the cops arrested her.
Usher then placed a temporary restraining order on her for his of safety himself and his of his family.
Although Usher is not married this time when he was asked will he ever get married again he answered
"I still believe in love. I believe in marriage. When I fall in love again, everyone will know. I'll sing about it."
